Casa Alitalia, a completely new concept of presenting the airport lounge experience has been created to reflect the style and hospitality of an Italian home. Designed by Marco Piva, a renowned architect and designer, guests can relax and immerse themselves in comfort before their flights.

The catering service is inspired by Italian culinary excellence. Guests enjoy a live cooking experience twice a day, where a chef prepares a selection of pasta and pizza, with vegetarian and gluten free options. A buffet and bar serviced by professional bar tenders is also available. To complete the experience, Casa Alitalia offers a VIP room, rooms for private meetings, a reading area, a prayer area, bathroom with shower and Wi-Fi connectivity.

"Casa Alitalia" lounge at Rome Fiumicino Airport dedicated to for long-haul flights is located in Boarding Area E. The new lounge features over 1.000 square meters of space with 258 comfortable seats, giving our visitors a relaxing experience in a sophisticated and comfortable space.  At Milan Malpensa, Casa Alitalia is located in the satellite North boarding area.

Free access to Casa Alitalia and other lounges is reserved exclusively for members of the Freccia Alata Plus Club, Freccia Alata, SkyTeam Elite Plus, Alitalia Magnifica ticket holders on long-haul and medium-haul flights and Alitalia American Express Platinum cardholders flying with Alitalia. Passengers can also enjoy the services of Alitalia lounges by purchasing a single admission ticket on the web, through the Customer Center, in travel agencies or at airport ticket offices.
