ALITALIA AGENCY DEBIT MEMO (ADM) POLICY

Alitalia would like to inform you of the following policy updates pertaining to the Agency Debit Memo (ADM) Policy as per IATA resolutions 850m, 818 and 832.
The following update applies to auditing of tickets issued on/after June 1, 2016:

1. The administrative fee, identified as MF-Malpractice Fee, will be the equivalent of EUR 20.00 per Agent Debit Memo (ADM), applicable in local currency-CAD.
2. The penalty amount for violation of "married segment" policy will be EUR 350, applicable in local currency-CAD.

The above policy update pertains to the Agency Debit Memo (ADM) Policy, as per the IATA resolutions 850m, 818 and 832.
This update is an amendment to the previous ADM policy issued by Alitalia on June 1, 2014.
